He also kindly upgraded our room which was a really nice touch. Our room was lovely with everything you need. The spa in the hotel was amazing; so clean and not crowded we used this both days. "A full week after we checked out the hotel emailed me saying they reviewed our recorded and I had an outstanding bill from the restaurant. We never ate at the hotel or used any services. They asked me to pay the bill online. I will not be staying here again. "

"I had a very pleasant 4 night stay here. Everything was great. I was quite surprised that they only service the rooms every 3 days however you only need to ask reception and they organise this whenever you want. The hotel is a bit bougie, nicely decorated. The staff are excellent. I liked the security of having to scan your room key to access the lift. I never had to wait once for the lift!"
