My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. Staff were exceptionally helpful. We arrived late in the evening and they quickly helped us arrange dinner somewhere nearby. We had a beautiful room overlooking the Dom. The hotel is located perfectly for the train station. Thank you to all the staff who also gave me a birthday card and cake.

I loved the aesthetic of this hotel. Staff really helpful and friendly at check in. Great aircon, comfortable bed and really quiet. Good supermarket one side, Asian restaurant the other and bars opposite with tables outside. Lovely communal area on ground floor of hotel if you preferred that. Was easy to walk to the cathedral and old town but a bit away from the hectic tourist bustle. Loved it!

Hotel is just a few minutes away from the train station. Friendly staffs. Breakfast is really good. They have different options to choose from. Room is clean. Family friendly hotel.

A very dependable option - I stay here every time I visit Cologne. 15min walk from the main train station. Safe and quiet area, close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Rooms clean and spacious, comfortable beds, fantastic shower, a selection of free drinks in the mini bar.

The hotel is centrally located for all of the places of interest in Cologne. The rooms are excellent , spacious and well presented. Highly recommended.

This hotel has a great location - attached to the main train station and across from the cathedral, which is impressive! Didn't use the small bar in the hotel or the breakfast room but both looked adequate for the number of people using them. If we were to return to Cologne again we will definitely use the Ibis again.

A genuine shock - I managed to find this room available during a very busy time in Cologne (Gamescom). It was very well located and well-priced. Staff were attentive and helpful, room was quiet and clean, with aircon and amenities. A very comfortable stay.

The location was central to all the tourist destinations. The hotel was nice and very clean. The staff was amazing too! No complaints!

We had an apartment which was so spacious. Couldnt fault the room. Had everything we needed. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Only thing we didnt get told is we needed to tell them if we wanted fresh bedding or towels but for a 2 night stay this didnt bother us. Excellent location.

The room and hotel were great and the location is excellent. Would have been nice to have tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Other than that no other issues.
