This made the environment feel extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable, especially in a place where food is being served. We informed a member of staff, who acknowledged that they are aware there are mice in the breakfast area. The only action mentioned was that mouse traps have been placed, and they were unsure where the mice are coming from. This was very concerning and significantly affected our experience. We would expect much higher hygiene standards in a hotel of this level and hope this issue is addressed urgently." Close to everything you need to have a good time. Great restaurants and bars nearby, transit is 30 seconds outside the hotel, can't ask for a better spot. And the rooms are HUGE for Europe. Our one issue was the room was extremely dusty and the pillows were basically non existent, but small price to pay for the location. What upsets me is that they had rooms but wanted to gouge me for 60 Euros instead which wasn't nice. So I was forced to walk around in the cold for 7 hours till they were ready. So unfair, I never stay there again !"
