We had a wonderful weekend, the sun was shining so the outdoor pool was a must. We opted for Collette's restaurant in the evening, the food was divine and attention and service first class. The grounds are amazing with lovely water features, plants and contemporary design ornaments. A great weekend in fab hotel.

Stayed with my 5yo son for two nights, we got the train into London one day and drove to the Warner brothers studio the next.
I had the car with me so the location was ideal, not busy and right off the M1.
The hotel was clean, the staff were lovely, the room service food wasn’t amazing but the breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choice and time to get there.
We swam twice in the pool which my son loved. Would stay again if we were to return to the Warner bros studio.

What a fabulous hotel. I am happy to highly recommend. Friendly, professional staff. Clean and well equipped room and spotless shower room with lovely towels. The food was a very high standard with plenty of choice for everyone. The bar entertainment on Friday night was excellent. The pool and spa facilities were 'the icing on the cake' ..clean warm pool big enough to have a good swim. Sauna, steam room and hot tub were also excellent. I was so pleased with this hotel. We had a lovely overnight stay in one of the junior suites. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated- the only slight issue was that the windows rattled and it was an especially windy night, but a bit of card sorted that. The food in the restaurant was very good and they were very helpful with dietary requirements. We had a dip in the pool too, which is not big but perfectly formed. I would definitely recommend a get away here. Very relaxing!

This place is incredible. Spotlessly clean and had everything we could've needed. So easy to walk around the area for exploring and even at night it was quiet and felt safe. Would definitely stay here again

This is a unique and characteristic hotel with lots of history and amazing architecture. The scenery, gardens and the estate overall are simply gorgeous. The spa and the outdoor pool area is also very nice especially in good weather (it may be difficult to find a lounger when it is sunny though). The room I stayed in was nicely decorated with wood panellings and period furnitures; bed was very comfortable as well. However, if you love modern luxury, you may be disappointed with the rooms since...

A very pleasant stay at the Runnymede Hotel, staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The grounds in which the hotel is situated is immaculate and well keep. Such an enjoyable relaxing environment, me and my partner stayed for one night as it was my birthday and it was thoroughly enjoyable.

The reception, breakfast and cleaning staff all did a good job. The aircon in the hotel was very effective which was great when it was so hot outside.
Plenty of parking, very convenient for access to attractions in the area, close to the river.

GNH is above and beyond what I expected. Amazing location. Friendly staff.
The room was modern and clean. Complementary wifi and a wide range of complementary on demand movies. Lovely rainforest shower. There was even access to a pantry with coffee, teas and cakes.
It's right next to the King's Cross tube station and steps away from lots of restaurants and shops. Special mention to Plum + Spilt Milk restaurant, their food was amazing. Must try their namesake, Plum + Spilt Milk dessert.

I live 20 minutes away from Richmond but decided to have a short escape with the family because Richmond is such as nice place to visit. Good vibe, family friendly, lots of parks, good atmosphere at night especially friday saturday.
The hotel is very nice, i travel alot abroad and wish i could get a similar quality for hotels that are usually more expensive and smaller with fewer facilities.
Good staff, helpful friendly and clean bedrooms.
Highly recommend

Nice location and nice room. Really good staff and service and room very comfortable. Everything is well organised.
If I have to be critical, there was no free wi-fi and £12 for 24 hours seemed a bit steep. I was only there for a single night but longer stays would be either without wi-fi or quite expensive for access
