"This was terrific value for money and would happily stay again. While it's a good 15 mins or so up a hill from the station, for £40 or so, there's nothing at all to complain about- big rooms with cooking facilities, microwave and even a dishwasher should you need it, a lovely swimming pool and staff who were knowlegable and extremely helpful; particularly Guaytan , who couldn't have been more efficient and personable. "Lovely spacious apartment with a balcony. Very good value for money. Used the swimming pool a couple of times and was the only person in there. Be aware it is in a retirement complex. The only negative is that the apartment wasn't cleaned while we were there (5 nights) and there were no cleaning products in there to do this ourselves. We were able to collect clean towels from reception but the used ones were not collected. Should have just asked. Having said all that, I would stay there again and simply buy some cleaning wipes."

"As per previous reviews, this property was a great place to stay. It's smack bang in Portsmouth Harbour and right next to the bus station and Gosport ferry so couldn't be more convenient if that's your goal. It is a very urban location but a nice view of the harbour on one side but the bus station on the other. Breakfast was included in the rate and Excellent! Even the coffee was great (and having just returned from France, UK coffee is normally a step down). Unlike many properties like this, there's a proper lift which is a godsend if you have heavy bags as I did. Overall Recommended"
