### Douceur de Jouarres - Avec piscine

Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 47 m² flat with shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people, for rent in Azille. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 25 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- 21 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, toaster, kettle, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)  
\- Shower room  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan.  
  
Outside:  
\- A shared (unheated) 180 m² swimming pool, open from 15 April to 15 October (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is gated and fenced.  
\- A 25 m² terrace at the front of the flat  
\- A 15 m² terrace at the rear of the flat with furniture to enjoy the sunny days  
\- A private, unfenced 25 m² garden leading onto the rear terrace  
  
The flat is ideally located in Azille, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
The residence is very quiet, relaxing and family-friendly.  
  
Transport links :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Azille train station about 5 minutes away by car  
\- Narbonne airport, about 35 minutes away by car
