"The hotel is very nice, clean and very beautiful arranged with the garden etc. The room was very nice with the kitchenette and the beds absolutely comfortable. We've stayed for 5 nights and it was a very pleasant visit. Thank you for your hospitality and even the breakfast to go."

"This property has surprise charges… for example: if you book an ocean view room and are only 1 person, they charge you an additional $29 because you are single. I am not even kidding. $30 for parking. $30 per pet per night. The room has a kitchen and a Keurig but if you actually use the Keurig, they charge you $25 for “using the kitchen”. The location is great but the building is old and it feels like it is run by “cheap management”. Would not recommend"

"Fantastic location!!! In my opinion, there isn’t a better location in Vancouver proper. It isn’t near a sky train station but the bus stop is literally right in front of the hotel, you’re right around the corner from English Bay, and Stanley Park is one block away. The hotel looks a little run down on the outside and in the lobby but the rooms are very nicely renovated and very clean. The attached pub had great happy hour specials and the food was good. "
