"The pool was a highlight, the deck wasn’t always clean (hair clips and used bandaids there for each of the 3 days we were there), but the water was warm and seemed clean. The room was nice. Clean, comfortable. The tv didn’t work, but we didn’t go to Van to watch tv. The main downside was the parking. Their lot is under construction, so the only option was valet at $45 a day extra, and it took 15-20 min for the valet to pick up our car each time (which they did tell us about). Overall, fine place to stay for our family. The pros outweighed the cons, and tbh, we’d prob stay here again, but would ask if they’re still under construction. "

"This was the nicest Econolodge I have ever stayed in. The rooms were immaculately clean and the property was nice. Staff were warm and friendly and the breakfast was decent for free."

"What they don't tell you about the partial ocean view in the king-size balcony room is that you have to go out onto the balcony and turn to the right to see the partial ocean view you can't see it from your window The balcony was covered with pigeon poop so I couldn't even sit out there. The part of the air-conditioning/heating unit that was outside on the balcony was also covered in pigeon poop and I didn't dare use it for fear that the air coming in would be contaminated."
