Glamping in Lake Louise

"Skiing right across the highway"

"Very disappointing. My room looked nothing like the picture on the hotel website, far from it. Very small room, dark, old and in need of repair and updating. So dark I had to bring in a camping light from my truck to see anything. To make matters worse the roll down and up shade on the one window fell off the wall so I either had an uncovered window or the black out curtains. The couple outlets are so worn and loose your electric plug will not stay in the outlet. Bed was OK but the mattress was also pretty old and needed changing."

"Room was generally clean. Tub drain slightly plugged, stood in ankle deep water having a shower, yuck! Bathroom fixtures need to cleaned of what looked like mould. "

"Close to Lake Louise Ski Resort, and very clean. Only complaint is that wifi is TERRIBLE and there is no cell service. Not ideal. "
