The staff are very nice, welcoming and helpful. I can't really judge if it's quiet as it depends of the peoples on your floor, but as for outside noises (extractor fan, cars..) it was ok. The included breakfast was very good with different dishes every morning. The only thing that i disliked was the pillow which was too hard for me, but no big deal.

There were a few dark spots on the toilet, and the tub had definitely not been cleaned lately. I had also stayed at a Toyoko Inn in Tokyo, and there were a few hairs in the bathroom. Also, the mattresses in both locations were quite hard.

It’s Toyoko Inn, so the bar is pretty low to begin with, but this particular hotel is located on a noisy street, and the room had a funny smell, which meant having to open the windows, which meant more noise, etc. It’s fine for one night, it’d be maddening for any longer than that.

Standard property for the brand, however some things were subpar: speed on wifi on property is very slow (under 500kbps sometimes going down to under 100 kbps according to speed tests) and building has only one elevator, so during breakfast the wait can be very long, and access to elevator does not require property key card, making it more accessible to those, who are not staying at the property. Lastly, sound isolation in rooms is very weak, so expect to hear it, if anyone is having a conversation on the floor.

祇園周辺観光に利用させていただきました。 烏丸辺りでは朝食のサービスもついてリーズナブルです。 部屋は広くはないですが、ベッドがダブルサイズとゆったりしていて快適でした 間違って喫煙ルームを予約したのですが、タバコの匂いも気にならなくて良かったです。 エレベーターが一基しか無いので、朝は混み合うようです。 朝食スペースも席数が少ないので、待たなくて行けないタイミングもあるようです。 お弁当パックが用意されているので、部屋に持ち帰って食べることも可能に見えました。
