We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. One of the best added benefits was the complimentary accommodation shuttle.

All of the staff were super helpful assisting us in how to get to all of our destinations as well as where to eat. They went above and beyond with their services. They spoke English as well. Couldn't have been happier with the stay.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at the MONday hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Right across from a Buddhist temple which was beautiful. I highly suggest this hotel for all travellers :)

The staff were extremely helpful. I showed up at the wrong MONday Apart and they called me a taxi upon my request and waited outside with me until the taxi came. Then they spoke with the driver to ensure they understood where we wanted to go. The amenities are consistent with other MONday hotels. The location of the other hotel was closer to areas we wanted to visit but they offered a free shuttle to a few attractions (Nijo castle/bamboo forest) which was an added bonus especially since the buses to those locations take a bit of time! I would definitely stay again.

The staff are nice and helpful. Thank you for replacing the bed sheet because of my sudden period. The location is not near the railway station buut the bus station is near the hotel. The convenience store is beside it. If you want to go to AEON mall/Kyoto Station/other restaurant, it needs about 10mins-12mins to walk. The facilities are convenient and the room is big for two persons to live. I recommend the hotel .
