ホテルの方がとても親切でした。 お部屋も全体的に綺麗で、天井が高く広々としていて高級感があり、ベッドもふかふかでした！この価格でこれはびっくり！ 私たちは素泊まりでしたが、綺麗なお部屋で家族みんなで晩酌しながら幸せな時間を過ごすことができました！また京都に行ったら利用したいです！！！

The room was clean and big and the staff were courteous. We were just wondering why the television turns on in the middle of the night. We stayed there for 2 nights and the TV just turned on. We did not use the timer.

A local gem

I spent three nights at Rakurakuan with a friend in October. We agreed that if we're fortunate enough to return to Kyoto, we will definitely stay there again. The hotel was excellent value for money. It had spacious (by local standards) rooms that were spotless and stylish, comfortable beds, and a great shower. We loved the location on a quiet and atmospheric street. Buses and the subway were nearby and it was an easy walk to the train station and to the historic part of the city. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were polite, friendly, and very helpful. On our last day we were able to leave our luggage with them all day as we continued exploring the city. They made a wonderful restaurant recommendation that was a local favourite (delicious) and they helped us call a taxi on our last day. I would love to stay here again any time!

Size of the room is good and not cramp. Very spacious. The staff are very helpful even to the point of helping my daughter wear her kimono. :) Hotel is one station away from Kyoto station. We recommend this for anyone visiting Kyoto.

Fantastic Accomodation not to be missed.

Beautiful, spacious, clean and view of tower. Decor splendid. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Very big room with plenty of storage, fridge and bathroom spotless with toiletries. Quiet and excellent location with supermarket close by. Walking towards the hotel the streets are full of traditional homes you just can't stop taking photos. This accommodation is faultless you get more space, value for money and tradition compared to big chain hotels.

The room size was great and we enjoyed our 3 nights here. The staff could not have been more helpful. They sorted out an issue with another hotel we couldn’t get to because of the typhoon for which we were really grateful. We were waved off like friends when we left.

ビジネスホテルとは違い部屋が広くてよかった。お風呂も 高級マンションのユニットバスで広くて使いやすかったです。 朝食は 1階のバーで 好きなものをとりますが、食べるテーブルは１つで5人くらいしか座れません。座れないお客は 仕方なく 部屋へ持ち帰ってました。だったらテーブルは撤去して 全員部屋で食べるしかない状況にした方が 平等でいいと思いました。 スクランブルエッグ 美味しかったです。

Hotel in una zona della città priva completamente di attrazioni e servizi. Taxi o bus necessari x raggiungere i quartieri interessanti. Hotel piccolissimo con staff scadente. Pulizie delle camere mal effettuate o non fatte per niente Colazione scadente servita in ingresso a turno su un unico tavolo per tutta la decina di camere. Letti piccoli quasi impossibili per due persone nonostante la camera con due letti venga assegnata anche a quattro persone. Il prezzo tuttavia è lo stesso degli altri hotel di standard internazionale della zona. Sconsiglio questo hotel.

Exceeded all Expectations!

Totally unexpected, but this place was amazing! If you judge it by the exterior and location, you would be so misled. Inside the room was spacious, comfortable and simply fabulous. Plus, the next morning, the hosts made us the best breakfast we had on our entire 10 day trip.

너무 좋았어요

후기가 많이 없어 예약하면서도 반신반의였는데 대만족이었습니다 일단 교토역에서 걸어갈 수 있는 거리긴 하지만 15분 이상 소요됩니다 주택가의 골목 풍경 구경하면서 걸어가니 너무 좋더라구요 버스나 전철역은 더 가까이에 있어 이동하기에 편했습니다 객실은 넓어요 역대 일본 숙소 중 료칸과 리조트 제외하고 제일 넓었네요 화장실도 넓구요 깨끗하고 일본풍 가득한 객실이었습니다 조식은 1층 식당에서 받아와서 객실에서 먹는 구조입니다 번거롭다면 번거로울 수 있는 구조였지만 이용하기에 무리는 아니예요 직원분은 친절하세요 한국말은 전혀 못 하시고 영어 일어로 응대가 가능하시지만 체크인, 체크아웃 하는데 어려움 없었습니다 조용하고 한적한 주택가에 위치해 있어 동네 풍경 즐기기 좋고 가까운 곳에 큰 마트 있어서 이용하기 좋아요 다음 번에 또 묵을 의향 있습니다

위치는 굿

교토역에서 걸어갈만한 거리입니다 다만 저희가 저녁늦게 가느라 스태프가 자리에 없고 이메일로 방번호랑 키넘버 남겨서 당황했어요 조식은 공짜로 주셔서 좋았어요 무엇보다 우유가 맛있어서 깜짝 놀랬어요
