The facility is amazing and located to many local popular attractions. My family of 4 loved that we were close to transit, restaurants, and felt safe taking walks at night, which we did often. Our room was large, clean, and updated. The front desk staff were very helpful and the buffet breakfast staff we SO friendly and very efficient😊 We gave our stay a score of 10 out of 10, again it was AMAZING!

Very clean and roomy room. The shower and bathtub were separate from each other and super clean! Staffs are courteous. Onsen was a bliss! Also, it is Very quiet. We had a restful sleep. Complimentary toothbrush, bath towel, razor, etc were plus. The Lawson store was right next building which was super convenient.

Good sized room for 3 people. Spacious bathroom as well. Everything was clean as expected. Great location to not be too busy but have easy access to train or bus to the main areas. Enjoyed the public bath as well. Very easy walk to Kyoto station. Staff was very helpful.
