"No one could really speak or understand English but they did try. It just took longer. The layout of the hotel is a little confusing because check in is on the 7 th floor. Our room was on the 4th floor when you walk out of the elevator there’s the massage room. The entrance is on the second floor. The Amenities where great we used the Onsen several times. The
