"The rooms was comfortable and had a gorgeous view of the castle. A top floor room also means privacy from the busy street below (which can be quite lively at night!). The gym facilities are excellent and accessible. The staff were generally friendly but occasionally aloof. The lack of air conditioning meant a very warm room most of our stay in June, so a fan (provided in-room) is necessary. The open window somehow did not cool down the room at all at night, so sometimes it was hot in the room but lovely outside. Location is incredibly convenient and walkable (under 15 mins) to Waverly Station. "

The breakfast buffet was great, with a good selection of food, and the free facilities were well organised and easy to access. The only downsides were the tight parking spaces and the room soundproofing, which could be improved. Overall, a very decent experience."

"Wonderful place. Easy check in, lovely staff. The only hiccup for us is that they would only let my husband get a pizza from the Brasserie restaurant to take back to the room to eat, we had been up for hours and were to exhausted to eat out. Very limited room service menu as well. Otherwise everything was grand. "
