"Staff at the front desk is very nice, Sri offered us room upgrade to king bed with Castle view after we signed up for ASR rewards. Rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. Breakfast buffet is really good with a variety of options and the staff is friendly. Overall we enjoyed staying 2 nights, the area is nice, walkable to bus stops, restaurants and the old town. "

"Staff was great, room okay for 3 people. Breakfast buffet was good but did lack in the beverage section. Coffee machines broken, was there for 6 days and not one repaired, juices were almost always empty. Found that when bus tour groups were in need to have more staff. Felt bad for the staff in the dining area as they really worked hard to keep up. Hotel a little off the main streets but got used to it pretty quick. "
