Great Stay Lovely Inn that serves excellent food

Staff member on reception helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed a lovely meal in restaurant and all staff were friendly and helpful. Overall had lovely stay would definitely book this hotel again.

A great welcome from Rebecca. She is a good host and a good breakfast cook! Beds were comfortable, enjoyable suite a little small but more than adequate. Shower nice and powerful. Parking space is good at the back, but it is a very tight entrance. Coming back next year

Celebrated my Husbands Taxi Ride at the Aviation Centre and wanted to stay over the same night. So glad we booked the Red Lion, the staff and Owners were really friendly, food was plentiful and delicious. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, if we visit the Aviation Centre again we will certainly stay here.

Friendly hosts, good choice menu for evening meal enjoyed with a few pints of draught beer, comfortable room and bed, followed by a full English breakfast well cooked. What more can you ask for

Very clean with welcoming staff. Breakfast had an excellent choice and cooked meal was outstanding. We also had an evening. Meal with friends and this was also excellent with a good choice of food. Our room had everything one could need.

This hotel is a gem!!! It is immaculate, the rooms are exactly what you would hope for and the price was amazing. I have paid a lot more for hotels which weren't as well maintained as this one is. The staff were great and had no problem with me bringing my assistance dog in and out. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent. It was in the golf club house just across the car par, which I guess could be an issue if it was raining, but I looked on it as a bonus; it helped me...

Nice clean, tidy basic accommodation, not too far away from a Co op, couple of pubs and takeaways but set in some lovely peaceful countryside. Host was friendly and helpful too.

Quirky cottage, absolutely everything you would need for a long stay. Parking is a bit tricky but Sue the owner provides information on where to park. Handy for the Spoons 😊😊
