The house has six spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across three floors, a stunning dining room, separate living room and fully equipped farmhouse style kitchen. There is an attic room which children will love as a den or play area.

Greenhill sits in over 400 acres of private land* where guests can walk freely in open countryside.
The land also has four lakes which you can fish from - they are well stocked with bream, tench, roach & carp.
The location is a walkers paradise with the chance to spot wild deer, foxes and birds of prey, all in their natural environment.
The secure eight acre dog exercise field also gives your furry family members the chance to enjoy themselves off lead.

Nearby there are many things to do, including the world famous Blenheim Palace, Woodstock with its many restaurants and excellent pubs, plus the city of Oxford. The River Cherwell is also easily accessible, providing a place for kayaking or canoeing. Slightly further afield are the Cotswolds, with the many stunning villages well worth visiting. (Please note that fishing is available on the lakes for an additional charge payable on site.)
