"Sean was the best host. So helpful. He suggested dinner at a great pub in town. The house was clean and well stocked - even some food in the kitchen. The garden was charming. Absolutely no complaints at all. Will definitely return if we return to this part of England."

"Beautiful new build farm [complex] we stayed in the English Barn very quiet when we stayed for three nights. Excellent finish to the property and well appointed. Small issues are several things need instructions [microwave, coffee machine, windows blinds, heating], privacy curtains not private enough particulary with so many other lets around, people walked by and kept looking in. the sky light window in the upstairs on suite needs a good clean. None of the above really affected our stay but...

The barn was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for 11 of us to relax (8 adults and 3 young children) Downstairs was 2 bedrooms (one had the bunk room attatched) and upstairs was another 2 rooms and one of those rooms included a little mezzanine with single bed. "This 3 bedroom townhouse provided a good base to visit Cheltenham and it’s nearby trails. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. The location had easy access to the train station. The kitchen chairs in were uncomfortable however."

"We have been meeting up with our longtime friends and our families for many a year in different places. Lodge barn suited us perfectly. Different sections of the house for those with children and those without who didn’t want to get up so early. Being able to all sit around a big squarish table was so much more sociable than the long tables that are the usual. There was plenty of space onsite and the surrounding area beautiful and good for walks. A very enjoyable stay."

"Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although...

"I cannot recommend highly enough. Simon was on call 24/7 and the information pack was so informative. The only time I had to contact Simon was to ask for an additional 3 nights stay (that says a lot about my enjoyment there), and to check where the recycling bins were which was my stupidity."
