"Overall the apartment was very nice with wonderful views over the city and mountains, but there was one very big issue with the lower level bathroom. At some time the water heater must have leaked and caused the ceiling to collapse. This must have happened some time ago judging by the mold on the surrounding wall/ceiling. Although this didn’t prevent me from trying to use the shower, I did discover however that the hot water supply had been turned off, I assume because of the leaking water...
