Good air-conditioning, liked their cold room. Nice view of Melaka and the sea from afar. Apartment is about 1km away from Jonker Night Market. Grab is cheap in Melaka so not a worry. Most places accessible within 2km distance. Many plus points of this unit and highly recommended 1. LOCATION - Near Jonker street . Rm5 grab ride away 2. CLEANLINESS- the unit was clean and well maintained. We has some issues with the main bathroom but the technican came immediately and issue was rectified. 3. CUSTOMER SERVICE - iHousing whatsap us the entire lenght of the stay to ensure we have all that we needed. Check in and check out was seamless. 4. They were responsive and helpful. Strict security at this condo, which was commendable. Apartment was generally clean. We had a little problem with the water heater but it was resolved quickly. Good to have instructions to use the number lock (at letterbox) and water heater. My unit had a mahjong table/mahjong set and a cute llama stool. Pity that we only stayed for a night. Can’t comment much on the dining options or amenities nearby as we had a driver, so it was convenient to travel anywhere. Bathe neighbours in the nearby apartments were not so considerate.
