Carpets were dirty, walls need to be painted and the wallpaper is not pasted. Not maintained at all. The breakfast was miserable and no choices only asian food, while some people due to health issues cant eat it for many reasons and maybe the are not used to

8/10 Very good! (2 reviews)
Convenient location, clean, friendly staff. Value for money.
Room, towels and corridor has an indian fragrance, not the most popular fragrance. Bearable for me, but....
Lack of maintenance - broken shower hose, broken bidet.
Lack of amenities - only 2 bath towels, 1 shower gel.
Only 2 cups total, but kettle is working. Bring your own coffee, tea.
No floor mat, after bath, entire bathroom is wet and when you walk into room, it is all wet.
Not enough table space, resorted to put everything on the floor.

"The room is clean and spacious. The place is very accessible to nearby shopping, not too far from Jonker Walk. Good transport options for coaches nearby. Washroom does not have a bath tub. The tv seems to be analogue with poor picture quality. Only thing is breakfast is for a lot of customers, quality ..."
