The private spiral staircase off of the Florida room will take you down one flight directly to the sparkling pool. The included boat slip can accommodate a boat up to 30'. You will be boating, fishing, snorkeling, or a sunset cruise within minutes from the dock. This unit offers an assigned covered parking spot as well. Conveniently located in Plantation Key. Close to shopping, boutiques, breweries, marinas, dive shops, hospitals, and many well-known restaurants. A short commute from Miami and a beautiful drive to Key West.
