The young lady at the reception desk was very sweet. We stay at this property often and most of the rooms are clean and offer a great experience right on the creek. We stayed in a room at the end of the property, for the first time I saw living roaches (not palmetto bug) in one of their rooms. Usually the rooms are clean and neat. It happens, it’s Florida. Other than that this is one of my favorite places to stay. Staff has always been very friendly to this point.

A good place for a short stay. The staff is very friendly. Room was clean and they welcomed our Shih Tzu. It is definitely more of a motel environment and the property is old and undergoing some renovations. If you have loud neighbors, you’ll have to sleep with an extra pillow over your head.

This property is in a perfect location for walking to restaurants and bars. They have 2 very nice pools to choose from. The canal view room we had was very spacious and the balcony was very large to watch boats and nature pass by. The room fridge/freezer was just about full size which made it nice to keep leftovers and lots of drinks. Air conditioning was perfect temp and parking is included in your stay and ample. We also got to use the sister property's amenities which is called The Islander. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Jass the manager is wonderful! We will be back next season with our whole family! Thank you for a very memorable stay!

If you're looking for a super nice place to stay this is NOT that. It's an older hotel that serves It's purpose. Our room was very clean, AC was great, the bed & pillows are not comfortable but worked. The staff was extremely friendly. I would stay here again for a quick 2 night trip.

The noise level was out of control, literally woken up to children yelling and running outside of my room at 3 in the mornings. Zero water pressure, but it got warm. Very small room. Nice dock and friendly staff though, so it was okay for a night but would not spend more than that.
