We left one day before, because we needed to fully enjoy our time of vacation. Perhaps, not only for this hotel, but for all the hotels in las Islas del Rosario, the transportation is a scary ride, way too many people in the boats."

He and his team were a highlight of our stay. He coordinated awe-inspiring snorkeling and phytoplankton tours with an experienced local guide. The restaurant chef whipped up delicious local favorites, made to order, and the piña coladas were nice and cold! The hotel was still in the process of renovating during our stay, so I expect that...

"This is a great alternative to the hotels that are on the island. But it is an econo Lodge. Meaning limited power and water. It does give a real feel for the colonial living of the island. And for my overnight stays between diving it fit the need."
