"The Strand Inn was a great place to stay in Dunmore East. Sitting right on the beach, the property had a beautiful patio and dining area overlooking the water. The rooms weren’t very big but the bed was super comfortable and if you had a waterfront room than you were able to listen to the waves crash as you slept. We would definitely stay here again. "

"I arrived at the property on Friday evening having reserved 6 rooms on Expedia only to be told there was no record of my booking (despite the fact I am now completing a review requested by Expedia) I was hosting a party of 10 clients for a weekend away so this was a shock. to be fair to the owner he quickly found us alternative accommodation , but this was a fair way out of town and far from convenient. I would suggest you double check your booking with the property before leaving ."

"A short one night stay on a cold day/night in Dublin. The room was well heated, we had dinner in the restaurant which was perfect. We had to leave early on departure, and didn't require breakfast as we had a medical appointment (fasting), but everything else was great, as usual - Not our first stay at the Skylon, nor will it be our last."
