"The evening receptionist on duty spoilt the stay. She was rude and indifferent to two requests. Appalling atitude to guests and do not know why she remains employed at the hotel. The rest of the staff were wonderful. The ladies who clean work very hard; immaculate room. I recommend them. The dinner and cafe staff were lovely. The other receptionist early in the day lovely. "

"This was one of the nicest places we stayed in all of Scotland. The views of the river and city were amazing from our room. Huge living space. Super easy to access all grocery, dining, shopping, museums, bars, etc. Like all 1-2 mins away walking. The hosts were amazing. Very accommodating! Parking was extremely good indoors also. Can't thank you guys enough. We loved it!"
