Wonderful staff, great food. Easy access to airport. Great leisure facilities.

Stayed here as my daughter was catching an early morning flight the following day. Good value and very comfortable accommodation. Very clean throughout. £12 for parking but that's airports for you.

Just got home from a weekend here and it was absolutely beautiful... breakfast options were great and swimming pool, sauna and steam room were great. My only bad point was the mattress wasnt all that but maybe its be being fussy. Netherless a beautiful place and we will be back in the summer

This was a great place to stay for our family trip to Edinburgh. The tram station is right outside and only 20 mins ins. We drove and parking was straight forward albeit chargeable at £8 per day. The pool was a real added bonus for our kids after a long day of tourism. Only slight issue for me is our kids are getting older and Novotels concept of a "family" room is starting to look less desirable than the Premier Inns as the sofa bed is tight. Hotel and Spa staff were very welcoming and helpful. Chef was amazing cooked a special vegan meal for my daughter each night we ate in hotel, as there was nothing suitable for her on menu. Room was comfortable and we had everything we required (only feedback I would give is that it would have been more useful to have a couple more sockets available). We had a great time on a Weekend city break to Edinburgh, on arrival all staff were very welcoming and telling us times for breakfast and bar and quick check in. Room was so nice and thoughout the hotel for lovely decorated for Christmas. Bar staff were friendly and great cocktails, Quick and easy check out.

Girlfriends 24th birthday so we stayed in the junior suite and it is one of the best views and rooms I have ever stayed in.

I can't fault the hotel, the staff, the bar, the food or the price. Staff were young but knowledgable. Food was simple but delicious. The bar had inventive twists on drinks (Negronis with port replacing Martini Rosso? A hot chocolate with Remy Martin?) If you're looking for a hotel that is bang in the centre of Edinburgh, look elsewhere. This is in the beautiful area of Stockbridge, 20min walk or 5 min bus ride from Princes St. We'll stay here again. Loved it.

Had a BiggyUp room which was spacious and clean although furniture layout could be improved. Great shower and bathroom.

We stayed in the lodge. Everything was very nice. Room was nice and tidy. Really appreciated the lovely sherry after a 4 hour drive. Bed was comfortable. The cooked to order breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Hotel location is very convenient to getting into town centre. You can catch a but right outside the hotel and buses run regularly until very late. Wold definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful stylish hotel just opened so very clean and fresh. My room was an apartment with kitchenette (I don't think there is a dining room), high quality spacious bathroom and very high speed WiFi. Staff pleasant, location central and good bar/cafe area. I wanted to stay longer and will definitely stay next time.

We had an amazing stay! Lovely and helpful staff. I am very thankful! I planned a surprise for my partner as it was his birthday, soni asked if they can do it for me, they said they don’t do that but they will note of it but the staff did an extra mile and also gave us free drinks! It was simple but very special, he was surprised! ❤️ thank you so much. We will surely recommend and come back again.

It was absolutely lovely! Very close to Edinburgh Waverley and some lovely restaurants. Calton Hill is right next door as well. The front desk staff was very helpful, and the room was plush and clean. We wish we could stay longer!

The quality of the place exceeded my expectations - boutique aparthotel, arranged with great taste, immaculately clean. Everything was werking well - air con can be adjusted to any temperature you want, there are kitchen appliancec in the room: WM, DW, fridge, and even the tumble dryer, plus iron and ironing board. There is a gym at the lower grand floor - small, but all machines are new, and working well. Book with confidence-you wont be dissapointed!
