"What a gorgeous hotel. We stayed one night in a family room, absolutely fabulous. The rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need. We ate in the bar and the food was scrumptious. The service was friendly and nothing too much trouble. The location is beautiful and quaint and very quiet. Special thank you to our check in lady who was more than helpful and accommodating. "

"I strongly disagree with a a method of rating that rates 8-10 as good to excellent and 1-7 as poor. Think of your staff and how you can make their experience and expectations better over customers who will stay 1-2 nights and can complain about the thing and it’s probably been the best sleep and breakfast they’ve had in a long time. Think about your staff in the strange rating culture that we live in, please!"

"Staff were very nice and helpful. I stayed for 9days and can not fault them. Whenever I need something you only need to ask. Very helpful and excellent service from kitchen to front desk and the cleaner who helped open my door as I had so many stuff on hand. It’s a shame I didn’t get all their names. "First time for us to stay in this hotel. Just the one night to attend a gig. Convenient location for the Train station and city centre. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Didn't use the bar or restaurant - but they looked really good. Would definitely stay here again. "
