Comms with owner none existent other then a couple of automated messages once I had paid. Not enough towels within the property for all guests no hot water for washing up asked for assistance from owner message never acknowledged. "I booked this for our engineers and this is their feedback: Unfortunately not suitable for us to stay in, the property was not clean and had lights hanging from the ceilings. Garden not useable. No parking even though it states parking - our staff almost got a parking ticket. We did not stay in the property and drove home instead."

"The property was a real mess and unacceptable conditions. Rooms were not accurate to the description. Some rooms had doors unsafely installed and not closing properly, the ward rob in the downstairs room just about to fall, the bathroom and toilet unbearable. Really regrettable experience in that accommodation. Not encouraging for business. "
