Our stay was very pleasant. Exceptionally friendly staff, particularly Sarah, who always went above and beyond to satisfy our every need Bedroom was a tad small. Food was excellent, with a really good variety to choose from. Breakfast in the Pullman was very different and most enjoyable. Will definitely stay there again.

i received excellent service from attentive staff. my loft room was small but well- appointed.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and contactable at all times, the accommodation was clean and very comfortable, everything we needed was in the room. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast whether hot or cold and all hot food was cooked to order. I would highly recommend this guest house and would definitely stay again.

Friendly hotel and restaurant in a beautiful location by the river Stour and. nature reserves - ducks, swans, herons ... Served by hourly bus direct from Poole, or use the very frequent services to Kinson and walk 11-15 minutes across the nature reserve

Never really write reviews but maybe that goes some way to show how impressed I was. Staff feel as though they care about the place and in a world where customer service in hospitality is struggling it was so refreshing. Will definitely be back next time I have to stay in the area. Food was excellent for the price point.

Service was amazing from the moment we stepped inside. We had a drink in the bar before we went out, and we both said we wished we were staying at the hotel for dinner as the service was brilliant. The personal touch made a huge difference. The room was to the highest standard and certainly did not disappoint. We loved this hotel and its central location. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the added plus of having air conditioning made our stay even better. The outdoor space was lovely and we enjoyed drinks in the quiet garden in the evening. The only negative was the breakfast experience. The standard of the food and the selection was very good but the whole dining experience could be improved. The buffet was never fully stocked and we had to wait for food on each of the four mornings...
