"This hotel provided me with a fantastically located place to stay whilst attending a nearby wedding. Situated within a gorgeous looking building the hotel makes use of its period features without giving a dated impression. The room I stayed in was spotless and had everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Being in the city centre was also another major positive as it meant I could arrive into Hereford by train and walk to the hotel. Hotel staff were also unendingly polite and facilitated a frictionless check-in despite the time of night I got there. I would 100% stay here again if I find myself in need of a hotel room in Hereford."

"I booked this for my husband when he was on his way to Plymouth on a motorbike trip to Spain and Portugal. I wanted him to have a place he could relax and recharge before his big journey (Ewan McGregor style). He said he had a lovely nights sleep, the breakfast was the best he’s had in a hotel and he enjoyed his dinner too. Thanks to the staff for making his first night amazing. "We had the Elgar suite which was large with a huge bed tub chairs tv complimentary drinks. The bathroom had a bath with shower over. Check in very quick .Staff very friendly . The buffet breakfast was lovely with big choice. The cooked breakfast was extremely good. We stayed two nights and really pleased with room and service we will visit again."
