"Old grotty room with very basic furniture. Bathrooms are dirty with no toilet paper in the toilet. Looks absolutely NOTHING like the pretty pictures on the website. Twenty minute walk to Big Ben and Parliament, not close by as advertised. Don’t waste your money on this place. It’s horrible. "

The location was absolutely spot on for what we needed but more than that, it was clean, superbly presented, the perfect space, comfortable and had everything we needed. "Location is great and the rooms are all modern, spotless and comfortable. The beds are huge and incredibly comfortable. The reception staff are lovely, really friendly and very helpful and the pantry area for snacks and emergency items is a great idea. If I had one piece of feedback it would just be that it would be useful to have some instructions for things like the aircon and boiling water tap but I would definitely stay there again. "
