Parking charges at £17.50 / 24 hours is steep for families and will force to cut down on eating out or shopping opportunities. All in all it’s an excellent hotel with friendly and smiling staff. "The grounds of the house is beautiful. We wondered around and even walked through the cornfield. The staff was Excellent and went out of their way for anything we needed. My college student son even took his final online exam in the Library which is over 200 years old and the staff gave him a pitcher of water, cookies and a Good Luck note. Best kept secret in the areas."
