"Room was clean just couple small things , table in room needs replacing and towel rail very dusty. Staff pleasant a couple stood out more than some . Misinformed first night about me being able to eat in the restuarant . Breakfast was very nice as was evening meal however as tasty as the starter was £22 was steep for what it was comparing to other 4 or 5 star hotels . I would come back its minutes from my work so a good place to chill before hand"

Great location for a shopping trip to either Lakeside or Bluewater (or go to both like we did!) as it is in the middle of both. We were unexpectedly upgraded on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were nice and spacious. Nice big shower and everything was clean. Enjoyed the breakfast, lots to choose from. Would definitely return.

I cannot thankthe staff here enough for their kindness. After arriving in Uber, my Mobility Scooter had been thrown out of a car (another story) and was not working! The staff ar Ibis knew how important it was for me to have my Scooter working due to having different meetings at the Excel and did everything they could so I could have a successful day. Never can thank the Ibis staff enough. Their customer service certainlly went the extra mile and they were wonderful as for the room,...

Fantastic spa hotel with neighbouring Woodland Trust forest to explore. The leisure facilities include a heated indoor pool, sauna, hydro-pool and steam room. There's also a wonderful roof terrace which was handy as it was a lovely sunny day. We ate dinner and lunch at the hotel, both were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and we were able to organise a late checkout with the reception team who were very flexible. We will certainly stay again.

We had a great time staying at this Four Seasons hotel in Canary Wharf. The rooms are lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The bedding itself is worth a mention, as it really is of great quality. The staff are friendly - though almost over attentive at check in. Check out was however nice and quick - though perhaps they could think about offering to call a cab? The door staff also made the hotel more special, the initial welcome was really really good. Better than most hotels...
