"Rachel was very welcoming on reception and explained everything. Rachel was engaging about our stay and that we had visited the hotel several times before. Breakfast was booked and had plenty of options in the morning and was more than satisfactory. The rooms are clean, warm and pleasant. Previously we had enjoyed the spa but did not have the time this visit. However, we will be visiting again in the summer. Great location for us and secure parking."

"Breakfast was alright. Nothing special. We had an alarm go off in our room at 3am. Family of 4 up during the night for close to 2 hours whilst one guy tried to work out what was wrong. We still don't actually know what caused it. Finally moved to a room where the kids had to share a single bed"

"Everything was great. Breakfast was a little less than expected, items nots stocked eg pancakes, bread, Nutella wasn’t working, no bowls etc"

"It was cheap but not cheerfull. I had low expectations due to the price, on the plus side the bedding and towel were clean. The room and corridors are shabby and in need of an overhaul. The worse thing was a shower which did not get warm at all. No amount of adjustment got anything but freezing cold water. It's a shame as it would have been cheap and relatively cheerful had the shower worked. Reception were apologetic."

"Stopped here from Heathrow before traveling on to more family, we stayed 2 nights and meet family and friends. Food and service were good, the animals was a bonus, the sensory area with the TV was our hang out with the kids."
