At last minute I decided to book a hotel nearby Birmingham Airport before an early morning flight out the next day. The hotel is about 1/2 hour away and is set in a quiet beautiful location, so just right for a good night sleep. Upon arrival we were greeted by Alex who was wonderful, so professional and informative about the hotel and surrrounding area, a true ambassador for the hotel. As check in wasn't until 4.00pm we wanted to explore Stratford but did not want to park and leave our suitcases on view. We rang to see if we could leave our luggage at the hotel. We spoke to a very nice receptionist who said that would not be a problem. When we went to leave the suitcases the receptionist realised I used a walking frame, she offered to put us in a room that catered for disabled people. We arrived at the hotel after 4.00pm and was greeted by the same receptionist and taken...

I took my family for a weekend away and we had a family room on the ground floor with its own patio. The view over the golf course was beautiful and the room was everything you could wish for, clean, comfortable and homely. The swimming pool was fantastic. The staff were excellent, helpful and always had a smile. The food in the restaurant was wonderful too. I would definitely go back again and would recommend anyone to stay here. We were so sad to leave
