"Had a lovely time in the cottage it was well equipped and felt like home from home. The extra room for washing/drying etc was brilliant and didn't have a problem with the walk in shower although small it was functional. my only critic but on a personal level was the beds seemed very soft. When we arrived we were not aware that the local pub was closed for refurbishment which was a shame as we wished to walk around the village rather than having to drive at night. "This is our favourite holiday property in Norfolk. It has provided us with great comfort and met all our needs. It is perfectly located for the north coast, its fine beaches, walks, good pubs and restaurants. We have stayed there on three occasions and hope to do so again. We highly recommend it."

"As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...
