We booked 3 capsules, yet when we arrived they said that there was other people in these rooms. "An unbelievably hot room. Hotel staff claimed (when we complained that it was impossible to sleep due to the heat) that the hotel has no air-conditioning. Room temperature was in the high 20 degrees centigrade at 3am, in early May - presumably sun had been shining through the large glass windows all day."
