"Mid-December stay. Wonderful old building on a lovely quiet street. This was a beautiful, spacious, clean, quiet (bedrooms faced the inner courtyard), comfortable place to stay in Berlin, modern bathroom and kitchen, washer and dryer, towel rack warmer, comfy beds. A stone's throw from a tram and a nice walk to Warschauer Straße station and other points of interest in Berlin. Park and weekend farmers market right around the corner. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Some observations:...

"Excellent central location and despite being on such a busy street the apartment itself was very quiet. Spacious, clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. Highly recommended. "

"The accommodation was excellent. It was clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable although one side was up against the wall. The kitchenette was well equipped with appliances. The shower was nice and hot and the water pressure was unbelievable. The area is okay, but has a lot of litter and graffiti about. "

"Location excellent. Right by Mortizplatz U Bahn. Great for exploring Kreuzberg on foot. Staff friendly and helpful. Reception time is limited but the communication regarding getting into the apartment out of hours was great. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. "

"This was a sweet and simple apartment with an easy location to all things Berlin. Working with the owners was super easy and they responded with answers to any questions that we had. It was great exercise walking up 5 flights of stairs. Just sad that there was no close parking. We would have no problem staying there again."

"I stayed for 5 nights, with wife and 2 kids. The apartment is family friend, in a nice area of the city, safe and with a pleasant walkable distance to groceries, cafe shops, restaurants, and many attractions. The entrance to Kurfürstendamm underground station is just across the street. Also, easy communication with the property managers. Recommended."

"The house is really cute and cozy, the bed is comfy and big. The kitchen tools are enough for two people. The stairs to the bathroom is a bit hard to use, need to be careful. Check-in and out was easy. We really liked the house and thought it was very homey :)"
