Beds a little flat and water not drinkable due to old pipes but for the price very reasonable and safe. "A bedroom without windows was a worry but the aircon was good and there was, in fact, an opaque glass panel that gave a good impression of a window. There is no kettle in the room but you can buy a cup of tea at reception if inclined. I can see the benefit of it being easier and cleaner for staff but it's another unexpected cost to add to having to pay £5 per night to chose a room rather than be allocated one that could be unsuitable. Apart from these negatives, the staff at reception and in the breakfast area were very helpful and friendly. The quality of the breakfast buffet was very good and frequently refreshed. I didn't think I'd like this hotel but it turned out very acceptable and convenient."
