"Pros: you can use Hyatt Regency hotel’s amenities. The unit is roomy and on the beach, the kitchen has everything to cook a quick meal. We loved the balcony. Cons: buggies/golf carts don’t provide you any services because your unit is not associated with the hotel. One of our key cards never worked from the minute we checked in, the host knows about it. "Bed bugs!!! Do not stay at this abandoned resort. Expedia should be ashamed that they represent this hotel as a partner. There is a total of 5 staff for the entire resort no managers is what they told me. Locals and staff bathing in the hot tubs and pools with clothes on. All restaurants closed All bars closed Multiple buildings abandoned and massively destroyed on property.
