Small and very cosy hotel. The owner is really nice and made sure we had a great stay. The room is clean and the yard with the pool is quiet. The location of the hotel is great. Quiet atmosphere and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of old town. The hotel has bicycles so you can get around easily. We didn't use them, but probably would have if we were staying longer. The breakfast was delicious! We were lucky and got an extra hour before check out to just chill by the pool. Thanks for a lovely stay! Check in was fast and cordial. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. As soon as you walk in, you see the beautiful swimming pool in the courtyard and many bonsai trees. The architecture and furnishings are beautiful. We stayed in the double family suite, which was huge for the three of us. The hotel is in a great location just down the street from the main road of shops and restaurants. Overall we just loved the Bonsai Villa and regretted leaving! The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is close to the shopping district and the breakfasts were amazing. The room was big, clean, nice bathroom/shower and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and made to order (we ordered the night before, and then they had it ready when we came down in the morning, so no waste of food not being eaten!). The entire place has a very cozy feel, with the garden filled with the beautiful bonsai trees, and in easy walking distance to the central old quarter of Hoi An (but away from the mass tourist circus!). The staff was also helpful in providing us information about sights and helping to organize transfer.
