So good in fact we decided to stay another week. The local was perfect on Cam Nam Island. Close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. The family is awesome and caring. Beds are very comfortable. I want to stey agein. ##### Verified traveller Stayed 5 nights in Jan 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### YUMI 1 Jan 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### A Comfortable Hotel 家族で３泊しました。こちらは年配の夫婦が営む小規模のホテルです。昼間は英語の堪能な通いのお姉さんがレセプションにいるので、とても親切に相談に乗ってくれます。オーナー夫妻はカタコト英語ながら、何かお願いすると身ぶり手ぶりを交えて精一杯対応してくれたので、それはそれで楽しかったです。大人３人でスイートルームを予約したのですが、ベットルームとバスルームが２つづつにダイニングルームとリビングルームが付いた、ホテルの庭に面した十分過ぎる広さの部屋を使わせてもらってとても快適でした。ダイニングにはシステムキッチンが備わっていたものの、調理器具、食器はなかったので実際に使えるかどうかは不明です。お湯が欲しいと言ったらその度にポットに入れて持って来てくれました。ホイアンの中心部からは少しだけ離れた住宅街の中にありますが、徒歩圏内ですし、ホテルにリクエストしたら１台１日30,000vdで手配してくれました。 ##### YUMI Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2018 ### 8/10 Good #### Verified traveller 28 Nov 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort Great place to stay. The bedroom was very spacious and even had a small balcony with a nice breeze. The couple who run it are very nice and do everything they can to make your stay great,they even got up early on our last day to make sure we had some breakfast before going to the airport. The location was an easy walk just over the bridge from the old town, so very easy to get around on foot. They also have a couple of bikes to hire which we made use of. The breakfast is pretty good and they get you to order the night before so they can buy fresh ingredients at the market. The facility was good and new, also the staff (the family) was kind and helpful. How can I find another new ,good location, with a balcony aside from this .
