Even approached our grab upon arriving (uber) to help us with our luggages. Provided breakfast, but most importantly the room was clean and comfortable. The area is quiet. We were able to have a good night rest after a whole week of traveling. The only thing is I can't stand the strong smell of lemongrass. The breakfast was not a buffet but was adequate with a variety of fruits and bread and a variety of scrambled eggs and omelets individually made to order. Laundry services was available inhouse. Old town Hoi An was a 10 minutes walk. The close proximity of the hotel to Old Town Hoi An allowed us to walk back to the hotel anytime for rest breaks. The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. I felt safe walking around the area .
