"Great experience at check-in, with a quick and friendly welcome and good advice on places to eat. The family in front of us had very boisterous kids that the reception team were very tolerant of and kept the parents reassured. Help with parking machine was good and check out was quick and easy too. Breakfast was excellent for a buffet service and the options were complete with cooked and continental options. Toaster worked! It was also very reasonably priced"

"The staff were really fab our taxi was booked for us and arrived on time. Our taxi home was easy to organise thanks to the hotel staff. Breakfast was lovely all fresh and area was cleared very quickly. Our room was nice, maybe just needs a double check for little things like cobwebs. But overall was very lovely. "

"Lovely hotel and good value for the quality. Some quirky, original features reflecting the history of the building. Room very spacious. Effective A/C, very comfortable bed. Was only here for the one night so can't comment on food, but if I'm ever back in Coventry, this hotel will be on the shortlist. "
