"The reception team were fantastic. They couldn't find my booking and I was worried but it turned out to be a computer glitch and they really tried to help, fixing it eventually. The hotel was clean, relaxing, and comfortable. It wasn't easy to control the room temp, is the only thing. Staff at the restaurant and terrace on the first floor were great (lovely setting), special thanks to Davide. Very nice food. Niv especially at reception was a superstar. Would love to stay again and highly recommend"

"Modern hotel with high spec rooms. Good location near to tube. Shame breakfast was chicken sausages, rather than pork, and no bacon. I understand some people dont eat this, but their decisions should not affect what I eat... "
