"Lovely hotel with pool. Gave us a free upgrade which was lovely. Great location to jump on the tube at tower hill. Breakfast was very busy but we didn't have to wait for a table or at the buffet so no complaints. "

The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained with modern facilities and a great atmosphere. The location was fantastic minutes away from the closest tube station giving access to wider parts of London. Brilliant hotel."

"This hotel is great, and a perfect place for travelers arriving to London late or departing early. As airport hotels go, it’s among the best I’ve stayed at. My only wish is that they improve the quality of the food in the restaurant. It’s not terrible, but if you stay there you’re captive to the dining choices, and I have to believe they can be much better. The bar is great, however."

"The second time at the Pan Pacific London was even better than the first time. I was disappointed that the hotel doesn’t offer a tube of Duptique hand cream anymore but other than that everything was excellent! We will be back when in London!! "
