"Bed was super comfy and a great shower. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful!"

"Room was good. Had a view of the Thames. Staff overall were very helpful. Position a bit out of Central London but good bus services to London Bridge and Victoria Station. Also free ferry over Thames to Canary Wharf. Breakfast was disappointing. A lot of choices either not working or not being replenished depending on who was on. Was an upgraded hostel but overall we were satisfied for the price."

"The drawer holding the safe was broken and nearly fell on my foot. When I reported it the receptionist’s first comment was ‘are you ok?’ That drawer and one in the desk were replaced very quickly. Easy access to airport, no need for bus/taxi etc"

"Good location, nice building on the outside. And good facilities. That said the furniture in the rooms not in good condition, the water pressure in the shower is very poor and the sound insulation not great - so noisy in the hallway throughout the night. Bed and mattress pretty uncomfortable and definitely in need of replacement. Additionally - why provide a “studio” space with a kitchen and not provide any crockery / dishes / cutlery?! Very random (and a bit annoying!) Would stay again simply for the convenience - but I would expect better in future."
