Marina view cottage - Canalside cottage - Peak District location

Marina view cottage - Canalside cottage - Peak District location

10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful, cosy two bed cottage, there was a double room and a room with bunk beds (plus a sofa bed we didn't use). Beds were comfortable, decor was nice, the area is very quiet and was easy to find. We had everything we needed, the ground coffee and milk sachets was a great touch. We really enjoyed the terrace overlooking the canal, but it's worth mentioning the steps to the terrace are shallow and steep, so not easy to navigate if any mobility issues - though there is a hand rail and we managed. Host shared clear instructions and useful info about the area. It was perfect for my dad, dog & I."

"A welcome few days away… didn’t disappoint ! Great views and tucked away into country but within 10 minutes of the Oddfellows and The Devonshire, good food reasonably priced. On arrival the owners welcomed us and Kinder was not disappointing. Well thought, modern, clean and very comfortably furnished with everything needed…from a dishwasher to rainfall shower…freshly laundered bedding, towels and clean clean clean ! This was without doubt a “home from home” to return to at the end of a busy day, thank you."
